Powerline Siting: Who Decides?

Power companies want to bypass state control for siting new high-voltage power lines, according to this Christian Science Monitor article about the grid changes needed to support more wind power. The article also quotes CETF’s Paula Maccabee and Jeremy Chipps. Read the whole thing HERE.
